Founded by David Bain and a group of passionate business leaders, The Grand Bahama Chamber of Commerce was created to unify and represent the island’s growing business community. With early support from the Grand Bahama Port Authority, BORCO, and other major players, the Chamber quickly became a vital voice for local commerce.
Over the years, it has evolved into a diverse and inclusive organization committed to advocacy, development, and partnership. Today, the Chamber remains a cornerstone of business on the island—driven by collaboration, vision, and the strength of its leadership.
