Former Grand Bahama Chamber President James Carey said the Grand Bahama Power Company (GBPC) should have warned consumers ahead of time that summer bills could have increased.
Recently, GBPC President Dave McGregor told consumers on Grand Bahama that they should change their usage behavior if they want to see lower bills.
