Mr. Derek Osborne a Partner and senior actuary in the international practice of Morneau Shepell spoke to members of the business community on the National Health Insurance Program during The Grand Bahama Chamber of Commerce monthly meeting on Wednesday, September 23.  Osborne has 20 years experience in social security and pensions in the Caribbean. In 2004 he wrote a book on the State of Social Security in The CARICOM Single Market & Economy.
