The Grand Bahama Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with Bahamas Customs & Excise Department will present an information workshop on Monday, June 5, 2023 @6:00 p.m. to address the new Customs Act “Exempt”. Exempt is a mobile Customs Declaration which will become effective on June 12, 2023.
Please be aware that The Bahamas Customs Department is going completely paperless with the accompanied baggage clearance process. We want to familiarize you with the new system before the implementation. You will also have an opportunity to ask other Customs related questions.
